70 Years of Care: A Spectacular Return for the Boandik Long Lunch

The highly anticipated Boandik Long Lunch made a triumphant return on Sunday, 22 February 2026, marking a spectacular cornerstone celebration for our landmark 70th year.
Hosted at The Barn, the weather outside couldn't dampen the warmth inside, where spirits were high from the moment guests arrived. The outdoors came in, with beautiful flower arrangements adorning the tables.
Attendees were treated to a sumptuous five-course degustation lunch, meticulously prepared and paired with stunning wines with local musician Brenton Williams entertaining us all. Between courses, friendly rivalry sparked over the silent wine auction, with guests bidding generously on an impressive selection of premium drops.
Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, we raised close to $5,000! Every dollar from this total has been directed to enhancing the daily lives, comfort and wellbeing of Boandik residents.
