Residential Care Site Manager

Boandik is a leading non-profit provider of residential aged care and community services for elderly and disabled care recipients across the Limestone Coast Region in South Australia. Boandik employs more than 500 people who are all dedicated to care provision for our residents and clients.

We are searching for a dynamic Residential Care Site Manager located in Mount Gambier at one of our 3 Residential Aged Care Facilities. You will be well supported in this role by a professional executive leadership team and experienced clinical and corporate staff who work across the entire organisation.

You will be a tertiary qualified professional with current AHPRA Division 1 Nursing registration and a minimum of 5 years’ experience relevant to the position. Are you ready to inspire and lead a team of dedicated care staff to provide care that meets all the Aged Care Quality Standards? At Boandik we are all working together to ensure the best outcomes for all our care recipients.

We are seeking a person who has:

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership or management experience

Personal Care Assistant positions

Exciting opportunities exist for Personal Care Assistants to join the Boandik team.

Our care model focuses on abilities, promoting well-being and encouraging independence, choice and decision making to clients throughout the Boandik community.

You will be required to have the following qualifications, experience and/or skills:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support
  • Assist Clients with Medication
  • Current national police certificate
  • Current first aid certificate
  • Sound literacy, communication and computer skills
  • Empathy with and understanding of aged people
  • Initiative and self-motivation

Permanent rosters are available across all Boandik homes.
